Sweet Adalyn braved this crazy summer heat with me (come ON fall!) and I am so in love with those big blue eyes. Such a precious little girl!

My beautiful friend, Anna, is on the search for a child to love. They asked me to capture images of their family, for their adoption packet that perspective mothers will view. It is such a blessing to be asked to have your work represent the essence of a family unit.

The next few weeks are so, so exciting for me and I can’t wait to dive into it all. First my new logo will be finished (WOO!), then I’m off to weddings in North Carolina, Florida and the Virgin Islands. Until then, I want to blog a few images from Sydney’s session with you. Syd is such a character and I’ve been chasing her around for sessions since she turned one… and she’s 5 now! Where does the time go??!?!?!



We ended the sessions with a dip in the pool, since Syd is quite the little fish!

Who needs a million wardrobe changes? Chubby cheeks and sweet baby rolls are just so perfect on their own…
