Taylor & Tracey are so kind to each other and full of laughter. Here’s a little (ummm, not so little after all) sneak peek of their wedding!

It’s such a huge honor (and a nerve-wracking experience) to be asked to shoot a wedding for another wedding photographer…and to have them fly you to another country for that big day. Joelene & Sal got married this past week at The Velvet in downtown Calgary, Canada. Twenty years, and two boys later, J & S decided to tie the knot and recommit their lives to each other. Everyone laughed and cried their way through the ceremony and I was so thrilled to have this as my last wedding before maternity leave.

I have a soft spot in my heart for night time holiday weddings (we were married @ 10pm on NYE) and loved capturing Savannah & Brian’s rockin’ evening. Thanks to the team at Dandy Lion Events for all of their hard work!!!

I’ll admit, I went a bit overboard on the “teaser” images from Micah & Adam’s wedding. These two put so much work into the little details of their big day and these images don’t even scratch the surface of what they created (and I haven’t even touched the reception yet). Kelly and Brandon (and their families) were so kind and gracious…I loved being involved in their wedding! I probably chatted with Kelly more often than any other bride and it made such a difference in our interaction on the big day. Smooches to you girl!
A big thank you to the awesome Brian Kaplan for 2nd shooting with me and Cedarwood, K & B’s reception venue, for being so fabulous to work with again! And I can’t forget about the rock star Amy Lynn Larwig, MUA extraordinaire, who was the glamour goddess behind the scenes.

Lauren & Josh were such a joy to work with during their wedding. The ceremony and reception were held at the Torpedo Factory in Old Town, where Lauren’s great grandfather used to work. I talked Lauren into putting her dress on a bit early so we could wander and have fun with bridal shots, so I have a ton of images to share later of her.

Thanks to my beautiful friend Kate for traveling out to assist me while I was sick…and attempting to make it through the wedding day. Love you girl!

B & K amazed us with quite the party. Two bands traveled in from New Orleans, there were hours of dancing, tons of laughter….it was a wonderful, wild wedding day!

The entire wedding day, I was a bit worried at what the weather would hold for Stephani & Travis. But the rain cleared up just in time for a gorgeous beach ceremony and we still a bit afterward for some down time before the reception. Thank you two so much for being open to whatever I asked! Anna and I had such a wonderful time shooting with you!

Stephani and Travis were married this past weekend at the Westin St. John Resort in the USVI. I really can not say enough wonderful things about this couple, who were so gracious and kind to us. St. John and St. Thomas were absolutely amazing….thanks S & T for flying Anna and I in for your “special day”! (hehehe Steph hates that phrase so I had to throw it in, just for fun)









Michelle, the Westin’s wedding specialist, was such a joy to work with…as were all of the fabulous vendors.
